Fantastic service from start to finish.
We chose the Attwood II multi fuel stove from Raglan Stove Centre.
We needed a complete fireplace refit with chimney liner, new fireplace, hearth & mantle.
Clive and the team who advised and fitted … More the stove and carried out the building work were polite, punctual, efficient and most of all incredibly clean and tidy.
A great job done in the timescale discussed and exactly on quote price.

Very rude owner. After not keeping to pre arranged timelines, he refused to refund our deposit (half the price of the stove too). When I asked to speak to the lady I had been dealing with I was told "No, I am the guv'nor here". … More After arguing my case and stating that my deposit was agreed to be refundable, he eventually passed me over stating "we don't want customers like you". The lady was lovely and couldn't of been more helpful, which is why I am leaving two stars.

Raglan Garden Centre is always a pleasure to visit.
Since the restrictions have eased and the coffee shop is now open to the public, it was a pleasure to have lunch there today.
I have never tried the cod and chips in the past, but this … More was so do delicious, the fish was hot, very tender covered in a super crispy batter and not very greasy either, as you would generally expect.
The staff who served us were polite and accommodating and it was a lovely afternoon out.

We purchased an Eco fan 3/4 years ago and I went in to buy a new one but they are going to repair my old one free of charge!! Now that is what I call service because they only have a 2 year warranty. Excellent product and service.
